ALL ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Who is leading it?

Emma Hehn is a senior Musical Theatre major here at Messiah. She spent the summer traveling through New York and PA teaching children's theatre with FamilyLife and simply fell in love. This workshop is a culmination of what she has gained through her education at Messiah University and her previous teaching experience. The program is her senior project and very dear to her heart.

What's it all about?

Created for the eduction of children ages 8-14, this weekend will consist of improvisational acting activities, three dance combinations, and foundational vocal exercises that can be easily transferred outside of the program. Emma's goal is to equip students with performance skills that will benefit them in their future acting endeavors... and also just to show them how fun musical theatre can be!
